Jumper Two
K2M-237
Continued from here.
The two Jumpers shot through the wormhole into a clearing and immediately began to climb through the fog. Tall, dark shapes loomed up and vanished beside them. It was morning here as well, but the weather was close and Dominic had tons of respect for both pilots pretty much flying on their sensor array alone. The sky darkened as the ancient ship gently rose into low orbit, Evans pushed the comm's button on the Jumper, opening up a channel to Jumper One, "Alright, our objective is halfway across the planet and actually nowhere near the 'gate for a change. Co-ordinates should be pre-loaded into your nav, just follow that and keep it tight. Evans out."
The Captain took a moment to lean forward in his seat, observing the world falling away below them. He took in a sharp breath, it was amazing. K2M-237 was made up of vast continents separated by an enormous ocean, much like Earth. The ocean was speckled with small chains of islands near the mainland. He could see on the HUD that there were more islands than his naked eye could pick out, the cloud cover soon blotted things out however as the two ships zoomed along in low orbit, one in front of the other. Within minutes the sensors had picked up the ancient facilities located on the planet surface, Evans frowned and shook his head.
"Jumper One you seeing this? There are eight facilities down there!" They hadn't expected more than just the one from the database, clearly Lilith and her retinue had been hard at work. Just what that work was remained to be seen for the moment. He tapped the display, hoping the new man Tim wouldn't mind, and brought up information on the facilities. All but one seemed to be either rubble or had the power sources removed. Their objective was the only facility perfectly in-tact, at least that made it easier.
The Jumper connected to the ancient technology below and reams of ancient data began streaming across the display. Evans moved away, visibly surprised by this automated action. He couldn't read a word of it but hoped Elly Clark could make sense of it. Activating the radio he called to her,
"Hey Clark, you getting this?"
A break in the cloud cover gave Tim the opportunity to guide the Jumper lower as they neared the facility. He gently guided them down and through a majestic looking valley, with mountains capped with snow looming up either side of them and enormous glaciers the size of the Sun Tzu crawling across the landscape. Dominic had managed to get the HUD back to radar mode and zoomed in,
"Just a little further along," he said to Tim, "down this valley, across a plane and out toward the ocean. Our objective is somewhere down on the water's edge." He frowned, trying to understand what the Jumper was telling them, "although its starting to look like it might be buried according to this." So far, they'd been too fast and too high to see any of the Dinosaurs that were supposed to inhabit this world, now that they were beginning to lower, Dom craned his neck in his seat, looking out for any sign of the magnificent creatures.

OOC: Sorry for NPCing a little bit of Tim and Chicago's piloting, it was just to move us on location wise.
