Decker had finally managed to finish up before lunch and decided he would see what the food was like on the city, he hoped better, likely so, since Civilians had a reputation for being far more picky than any of the military types, though some thought they just did what they were ordered to and ate what they were given, one the largest sources of humour, complaining and excuses was food, everyone from general through to private had something to say about mess and galley cooking.
As he rematerialized he Saluted the two guards before walking through the open door into the corridors. Right now the weapons officer was trying not to get noticed, all he wanted was to try a meal from the cafeteria and not get bothered at all, so he'd ditched his Sun Tzu flight suit for a pair of DPCU pants and issue grey t-shirt. Walking through the corridors hands in pockets, he was just another military person who wasn't on duty.

Decker finally made it to the cafeteria after a leisurely walk through the city, he wasn't in a hurry right now, and although lunch was soon to calling, he knew it would be packed right now and if I wasn't it was going to be soon.
Grabbing a plate filled it with nothing that note worthy, some mashed potatoes, some vegetables and some of the spit roasted lamb they'd been offering up he was rather quick through the food line, the cafeteria was filling up, but it was a big place. Grabbing a glass of water as he passed the table of them he made his way through the living maze of eating and want to be eating people until he found a table with a few extra seats, across the other end sat a couple of civilians, scientists by the looks of it who didn't seem to really notice he had sat down.
Placing the plate and glass down before remembering that people still like to make getting knives and forks just a little bit harder by tightly wrapping them in a napkin. Sitting down as he pulled them free he moved on to beginning his lunch. As a body moved through the mass searching fora table the Flight Lieutenant looked up. "If you need a seat." He gestured to the free seats.
<TAG: Open, come for lunch, you might even get a knife show (Aliens style)>
