1000 Hours
Infirmary
Meropis
Izzy was busy, bustling from person to person, taking vitals and recording it for the docs to do thier work. Finally, she had sorted through the various staff that had shown up-one of the Aussies with a nail through the hand, a stomachache in Room 2 that kinda needed attention, and an airman, who was gargling salt water kind of noisily in the corner for a sore throat. Lt. Lefebvre had blown in and out after seeing Roger, and had left a wake of men who decided that a note from the Infirmary was just what they needed to get out of work that day.
After placing each patient in the proper exam rooms or passing out aspirin, band-aids, and birth control, she sighed. She poured herself some coffee, and went back to restocking the supply cabinet. How many Ace wraps did they actually NEED?! She had no idea, but this seemed like TOO many. She worked steadily for several minutes, emptying the box of supplies she'd been given, and then went to the desk. She was about to hop online when a voice interrupted. She looked up at the Marine, and smiled lightly.
Hello! Please, come in. Here's a clipboard. What brings you in today? On the clipboard was a sheet about the patient's medical issue. She was supposed to do all the work that didn't require an actual doctor-so basically everything short of surgery and broken bones.
